Well-known director Puri Jagannath’s father Petla Simhachalam died on 5, July due to ill-health. He was 69. He is survived by his wife and three sons. Eldest among them is Puri Jagannath, second is Uma Shankar Ganesh (Executive producer of Bumper Offer) and the third is Sai Ram Shankar.
Petla Simhachalam’s funeral will be held in his native place BK Palli of Narsipatnam, Visakha District.
